Christ the King Hosts the Missionaries of St. John

October 17-19, 2013, Christ the King was privileged to host the 2013 Assembly of the Missionaries of St. John. Missionaries from Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, and Texas converged on Casey County for three great days of fellowship, work, teaching, worship, prayer, and fun. Family Fun Day

Saturday August 10th, at 4:00 PM we will be hosting a Family Fun Day on the grounds at Christ the King. We will have lots of games, and a picnic style potluck, or potluck style picnic, whichever you prefer.

One Step Closer to Indoor Plumbing!

There it is! The tell tale green cap is the evidence that our septic system is officially installed, inspected, approved and covered! Thanks be to God. We still have a bit of work to do, before our indoor bathrooms will be functional. We have our well drilled. We just need the pump and the appropriate plumbing and fixtures installed. Our hope is to have our system up and running before we host the October gathering of the Missionaries of St. John. Yes, we still have some work to do. Need I say it? Donations are always welcome!!
